Thank you for your interest in placing an order at The Grand Interior! We’ve highlighted our most important shipping and returns policies to give you some ease of mind when ordering with us. Shopping online can get confusing with every company having their own set of rules. These are often buried deep in the terms and conditions that are full of legal terms, go on for ages and are generally hard to read.
SHIPPING FEES
Customer experience is our number one concern at The Grand Interior. As part of that mission we offer free shipping to all orders placed in Europe. For all other international orders, we will add a shipping fee based on the value of your order.
Here’s a quick overview of our shipping policy:
Europe (including Switzerland)
Free Shipping on all orders within the EU
Any additional port costs or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURNS POLICY
Ordering something online is always exciting, you never really know exactly how it’s going to look until it arrives. For that reason, we have a 7 day no questions asked return policy. Within 7 days of receiving your product you can raise a return ticket, for whatever reason, by mailing us at [email protected]. Just make sure you mention your order number. As soon as the return is confirmed you have an additional 7 days to return the product to us. We will refund the value of the item, exclusive of any shipping costs. All returns need to be in factory condition, in original packaging, and including all accessories. Excluded special and custom-made orders.
